Sandpiper's Perch - Condo <5 min to Beach

True to description, nice kitchen, only a block from the beach. Beds and couches were comfy. Nice new TVs for relaxing after the beach.

Property in need of deep cleaning and repairs. Location is great but condo is not. Has good potential if renovations are done

I am so glad that I booked this condo for our beach vacation rather than a hotel! It was amazing to have space for our family of 5 to spread out during our trip, and the luxury of two available bathrooms cannot be overstated. The beach is about one block away; we went there every day in just our swimsuits and had the best time without the need to lug a bunch of stuff with us! There is a washer and dryer in the condo so I was able to wash all of our beach things immediately. There are dishes and pots and pans available--one night we went to the grocery store and bought slice and bake cookies and made them for a treat. I would definitely recommend this property, especially for a family that wants to spread out and have a little privacy from one another! I didn't have any concerns to express during my stay, but I did have a question about the trash, and the property manager responded immediately via email. The unit was clean and there were supplies so that we could continue to keep it clean for ourselves. The towels and sheets were nice and the air conditioning was quiet. We didn't use the pool but could see it from the back door and it looked well maintained. It was a great experience all around!

It was clean, nice location right across the street from the beach.

The beds were comfortable (which is a major thing). The living room furniture was new and comfortable. The place was overall clean on the inside.There was mold or mildew on the outsides of both entry doors. Caulking needs to be replaced in the smaller bathroom around the tub and something to help with the slippery tub bottom (after the first shower, we both used the one in the master bedroom). With all of the (somewhat threatening) notes around the place, there needs to be one that says that the outside garbage cans don't need to be moved to the street and are taken care of by the garbage folks. I happened to see someone in the parking lot who must do maintenance there and was told that.
